On 100% forest tracks, remarkable trees, crosses, oratory and other little monuments reveal themselves to tell you the millennial history of the Villecartier forest. The roman boundary stone, the Saint-Mathurin oratory , the Saint-Anne cross, the trough of clog makers and the column of the Chouans are to discover on this hike.
Watch out : one part of the tour is altered by a wood cutting area and the marking is not visible any more. The map reading is essential in this area.
